Is the Body Codex pre-recorded content or live calls?
The Body Codex includes BOTH.
Each month you’ll receive a pre-recorded content drop teaching you the how of marketing, selling, launching and creating in resonance with your own nervous system. Once per month you’ll have a LIVE group coaching call with me, and once per month you’ll also have a LIVE group nervous system expansion session with one of my amazing co-coaches.
What if I’m already overcommitted for 2023? Do I need to be there for all the live calls?
You can think of this program as your somatic business membership for the year! It’s a program that can complement anything you’re already doing in terms of healing and business growth, and it’s also powerful on its own to give you everything you need to support yourself to grow and scale from a deep place of resonance. You do not need to attend the calls LIVE in order to receive what you desire to. You can allow yourself to flow in and out of the program as it feels good to you, and tune into the recordings as you have space, if time is a consideration. Of course, I encourage you to show up LIVE, however you can submit questions ahead of time, and you can also enjoy the nervous system expansion sessions as you’re able.
Do I have to commit for a year? And why?
We will be offering 12 and 6-month commitment option to choose from.
The reason so many of my offerings are a year-long is because nervous system work does ask for time and space to rewire and integrate itself. Repeating and committing to something for a year in your business will have inevitable ripple effects in your business and life. Sticking to one way of approaching your business growth for a whole year (and being lusciously supported through it) will create incredible shifts in your business that you can’t even predict right now.
If I were to talk to an earlier version of myself, I would tell her to do less and focus in on one approach in particular, and rinse and repeat, over and over again— that’s what truly builds safety and sustainability in your business.
Will I have lifetime access to all program content?
Please note that you will have access to the content and call replays while your Body Codex membership is active. When your enrollment has completed, you will be moved into our Alumni Thinkific Portal, where you will retain ongoing access to the content. However, the call replays will no longer be accessible there. If you desire to keep access to any of the call replays, you will be able to download and save them to your device directly before your membership ends.
What’s the difference between The Body Codex and Nectar? Are they similar?
The Body Codex and Nectar are a beautiful and potent pairing, which is why we have a bundle offer that would enable you to step into both for an amazing price, AND they are different from each other (which is why they complement one another).
Nectar is really focused on healing and expanding your receiving paradigm with money, and dives in deeper into the nervous system healing work. It’s less about teaching you how to DO in your business, and anchored more deeply in shifting your being and receiving with money. The healing pods within Nectar are small and you receive individualised nervous system healing and expansion work in each pod, calibrating you to a specific amount with money (you get 30 minutes of individual nervous system work every two weeks, as if you’d invested in one 60 minute healing call just for you each month).
The Body Codex is focused on supporting you to learn and embody the practical aspects of expanding your business, all from the lens of your own unique nervous system. In other words, you are being taught the DOING of marketing, selling and launching with the power of nervous system business growth™.
The nervous system sessions are in larger group format and not so individualised. The way the nervous system expansion sessions are run is much different, but it offers the appropriate level of nervous system support as we focus on shifting the doing in your business.
Both are potent in their own right, and their energy is amplified when paired together, which is the exact reason we have a bundle option!
Tell me more about the bundle option. How does that work financially?
Nectar and The Body Codex are the complete package of everything I’ve needed to expand to multi-six figures, and scale into 7-figures within my business. I use BOTH in my day-to-day, and it’s the reason we are offering this incredible bundle. With the bundle deal, you receive $2,000 off of The Body Codex.
You would then be registered for Nectar separately, and you would get your choice of payment plan options for Nectar (or a pay in full option). These vary from 5-8 months.

What time are The Body Codex calls?
The Body Codex group coaching calls have two time options each month, taking into account all possible time zones, because we are an international community. These monthly calls with Ana will be a space for you to ask Ana questions about the content and how to integrate it into your own business. These calls will take place on the first week of each month on:
- Wednesday at 2pm PST / 5pm EST // *Thursday at 9am AEDT
- Thursday at 6am GMT / 5pm AEDT
These calls will be approximately 2h in length — we always suggest you leave a 30 min buffer post call for integration or incase they run long.
The Body Codex group healing expansion calls will only have one time option each month, however we will be alternating the time each month so as to account for all possible timezones and to give everyone a chance to experience the calls live. These monthly nervous system healing sessions with Rachael are where you will have the opportunity to attune your nervous system to deeper levels of healing and receiving in your business. These calls will take place on the third week of each month alternating between the two times below:
- Thursday at 9am PST / 11pm EST / 5pm GMT
- Wednesday at 3pm PST / 6pm EST // *Thursday 10am AEDT
These calls are a group helaing, you will not receive individual healing experiences as in Nectar, and will be approximately 1h in length — we always suggest you leave a 30 min buffer post call for integration or incase they run long.
All calls will be recorded and you do not have to attend live to receive benefit from the space.
